Price Comparison - Intercity's FlexiPass

Nakedpassport is not only the simplest bus pass for travelling around New Zealand, it is also the cheapest in the market. Below we have some comparisons with InterCity Coachlines FlexiPass - a popular coach only pass

There are several differences between how the two products work. This means that you have to compare specific itineraries to determine the relative price.

• InterCity Coachline's Flexipass is sold in bundles of hours (for instance you can buy a 15 hour pass). nakedpassport is sold in bundles of trips (for instance you can purchase a 5 trip pass).
• Flexipass allows you to book ferry trips between the north and south islands - with nakedpassport you have to purchase these separately - so we have added on that cost where appropriate.
• The price comparison is for the itineraries specified - we consider these to be reasonable, representative sample itineraries.
• Both Flexipass and nakedpassport include the ferry - with flexipass this is charged as a set number of hours; with nakedpassport each ferry trip is one trip.
